Report problems or refunds

Open your report page and use Request a refund — requests are reviewed against the refund policy and answered by email.

Custom analysis

Large catalogue, multiple currencies, messy ERP data, or you want a human to do the work? Use the Custom Autopsy form and we'll reply with a scoped quote.

Data deletion

You can remove uploaded files from your report's upload page, and raw uploads and exports are deleted automatically after their retention windows. For full account deletion, use the form above or any channel listed and we'll process it where legally possible — see the privacy policy.
