Terms of Service

SKU Profit Autopsy is a self-serve analysis tool: you upload sales data, we compute a SKU-level contribution-profit diagnosis, and you can optionally purchase the full report as a one-time $99 purchase. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

• The free preview shows a conservative, de-duplicated opportunity estimate computed from your file. The paid report unlocks the full SKU table, ranked actions, and exports.
• Payment is a one-time purchase per report, processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout.
• If your dataset exceeds self-serve limits (for example multiple currencies or very large catalogues), the automated report is not sold; we offer a custom engagement instead.

Estimates, not guarantees

All opportunity figures are estimates based on the data you provide, stated assumptions, and conservative haircuts. They are not guaranteed recovered profit, and nothing in a report is financial, legal, or tax advice. Pricing decisions remain yours.

Your responsibilities

• Only upload data you have the right to use.
• Keep your account credentials and report links confidential.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe the service, or resell reports without agreement.

Refunds

Refunds follow our published refund policy, which distinguishes system failures (eligible) from change-of-mind after the report is delivered (not eligible).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
