Refund Policy

The paid report is a digital product generated from your data. Purchases are generally non-refundable once the report is generated, viewed, or downloaded — except where the system failed or materially invalidated the output. That principle drives every rule below.

Refund eligible

• The system fails to generate your paid report. Refund, or we fix it immediately — if fixed quickly you may choose the report instead of the refund.
• You were charged twice for the same report. The duplicate payment is refunded.
• A system error unlocked the wrong report or wrong file. Refund, or we regenerate the correct report.
• A material calculation bug invalidates the paid output and can't be fixed by the included re-run. Refund.

Not eligible

• You disagree with the recommendations after viewing or downloading the report. The digital report was delivered and consumed.
• You uploaded incomplete data after being warned about it. Warnings and confidence limitations were shown before payment.
• Your business showed limited opportunity and you acknowledged the Value Limited warning before paying. The value gate warned you before checkout.
• You changed your mind after viewing or downloading the report. The report value has been consumed.

How to request a refund

Open your report page and use Request a refund — no hoops, no email chains. Requests are reviewed against the matrix above and you'll receive a decision by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

Our side of the deal

Before you ever pay, the free preview shows a conservative opportunity estimate, and the value gate warns you when your data shows limited value or isn't ready. We'd rather lose a sale than sell a report your data can't support.
