What do I actually get for the money?
A one-time $99 report: contribution profit per SKU after fees, shipping, refunds, discounts and cost; every profit leak ranked by impact; the exact break-even and required prices per SKU; a 7-day and 30-day action plan; and PDF, Excel workbook and price-update CSV exports. Which files can I upload?
CSV or XLSX exports from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, or any ERP/accounting system. Column names don't need to match ours — common export headers are recognised automatically, and anything else can be mapped in a minute with the built-in column mapper. A main sales/orders file is required; stock, cost, extra-charges and customer files are optional enrichments.
Do you connect to my marketplace account?
No. There is no marketplace login and no API key. You export a file yourself and upload it. Files are stored privately, only readable through your authenticated session, and never used for anything except your report.
What if my data doesn't show enough opportunity?
We tell you before you pay. The free preview computes a conservative, de-duplicated opportunity figure using capped assumptions. If it can't find enough recoverable value, the report is flagged Value Limited and you must explicitly acknowledge that before checkout — or, if the data isn't usable, checkout is blocked entirely.
How is this different from Sellerboard or other profit dashboards?
Dashboards monitor your numbers continuously via an API connection and charge monthly. This is a one-time diagnosis: it states what is wrong SKU by SKU, what the corrected price should be, what it's worth conservatively, and what to do first — from a file you upload, with no account connection and no subscription.
Are the opportunity figures guaranteed?
No. Figures are conservative estimates: de-duplicated across leak types, haircut for demand response, and capped by gate-safe assumptions. They are based on the file you provide and are not guaranteed recovered profit.
What about refunds?
If the system fails — report not generated, duplicate charge, wrong report, or a material calculation bug — you're eligible for a refund. Change-of-mind after viewing or downloading the report isn't refundable, because the value gate warned you before you paid. The full matrix is on the refund-policy page.
My catalogue is huge / I sell in multiple currencies.
Datasets over the self-serve limits (10,000+ SKUs, very high volume, multiple currencies, many marketplaces) aren't sold the automated report — the numbers would be misleading. Instead you're routed to a Custom Autopsy where a human validates the data at scale.
How long does it take?
