Anonymous scans and claiming
You can upload, inspect, analyse, and read the preview with no account — the report is tied to your browser session. When you sign up (instant — no confirmation email) or sign in, opening the report claims it to your account permanently, along with every other report from the same browser session. Claim in the same browser you uploaded with; and use "Email me my report link" on the preview so a closed tab never loses your scan.
“This report belongs to a different account”
Reports are private to the account that claimed them. The denial screen shows which account you are currently signed in as — almost always the answer is: sign out, sign in with the owning email.
Password reset
Sign-in page → Forgot password? → the emailed link (single-use, valid 30 minutes) opens a page where you set a new password and are signed straight in. The old password stops working immediately.
What the $99 includes
The full report, all seven exports, and one corrected rerun within 7 days — fix costs or stock data and re-run once, free. One-time payment via Stripe; no subscription.
Refunds — the published matrix
Always refundable: the system failed to generate your report, a duplicate charge, the wrong report unlocked, or a material calculation bug the rerun can't fix. Normally not refundable: changed mind, disagreeing with recommendations, limited opportunity you acknowledged, or incomplete data you were warned about before paying. Request it from your report page — Something wrong? → Request a refund — and a human reviews every request against the published policy.
