After analysis, your report gets one of four verdicts. The gate exists for one reason: you should never pay for a report the engine itself doesn't believe is worth at least 5× the price on your own data.
Value Ready — opportunity ≥ $495
The conservative recoverable opportunity clears the threshold. Unlock for $99 whenever you're ready.

Value Limited — trustworthy, but under $495
The analysis is solid; the recoverable upside is just smaller than the guarantee. You can still unlock — after explicitly acknowledging the limited upside. Sellers do this for loss-maker confirmation or stock decisions. Note: "limited opportunity" is not refundable afterwards, because you were told before paying.
Data Not Ready — the numbers can't be trusted yet
Checkout is blocked — selling you a report on bad data would be wrong. The most common cause by far: unit-cost coverage below 50%. The fix is usually a two-column Cost Fallback file (SKU, cost). Re-run and the gate re-evaluates. Stuck? Use Custom Assist on the preview and a human will look.
Custom Required — beyond self-serve limits
More than 10,000 SKUs, 100,000 transactions, one currency, or two marketplaces: the automated report is refused because it would be misleading at that complexity, and you're routed to a quoted Custom Autopsy where an analyst runs the full engine on the complete dataset.
The headline is deliberately conservative: de-duplicated across leak types, haircut for demand response (price rises lose some sales), and capped by a gate-safe target margin. An ambitious target margin can never inflate it.
